Grenz Ray Therapy System

Control --
The control features reading meters for kV (3 to 18) and mA (0 to 15). A test switch allows presetting and verification. A one-hour mechanical timer allows presetting times in one second increments. Radiation is indicated via the mA meter and audible signal.
Tube --
The grenz-ray tube features a beryllium window at the exit port (.5mm Be). The tube and high-voltage generator are self-contained in an oil-filled hermetically sealed housing. An adjustable focal distance scale (20cm maximum) is attatched to the outside. Plastic tipped treatment cones, 1cm, 3cm, and 5cm at 12cm target to skin distance, are standard. The complete tube housing rotates 360 degrees to allow easy positioning.
